WHEEL / IMPELLER

Impeller of FCi series fan is of forward curved blades manufactured with precision to increase the efficiency and to reduce the noise level. Impeller of FCi series fans are manufactured out of galvanized steel .All the impellers are dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940.

HOUSING / SCROLL

Housing of the FCi series fan is manufactured out of galvanized steel to increase the life of the fan. Sides of the fan housing are lock formed with Pittsburg lock forming system. Holes provided on the side plate enable the end user to mount the fan in four different orientations.

FRAME

The frame is manufactured with galvanized angular sections. The frame is sheared, bent and spot welded in a way that ensures correct dimensions and also maximum rigidity.

SHAFT

Shafts are manufactured from En8 or C45 carbon steel. All shafts are grinded and keyways are cut through automatic keyway cutting machine. All dimensions and tolerances of the shaft are checked with gauges and instruments. Before final assembly all the shafts are coated with anti corrosive paint.

BEARINGS

All bearings used are deep groove ball type sealed at both sides. The bearings are self-aligning with an eccentric locking collar for clamping onto the shaft and is mounted in a rubber housing.

All the bearings are lubricated for lifetime maintenance- free under normal operating conditions.

ACCESSORIES

Taper lock pulley and outlet flanges are accessories that are available on request.
