WHEEL / IMPELLER

Impeller of BC series have backward curved blades manufactured out of cold rolled steel with precision to increase the efficiency and to reduce the noise level. Impellers of BC series fans are welded for durability & strength. BC Series fans impellers are designed to run on high rpm. All the impellers are dynamically balanced as per ISO1940. All impellers are either finished with powder coating or polyester spray paint.

HOUSING / SCROLL

Housing of the BC series fan is manufactured out of galvanized steel to increase the life of the fan. Sides of the fan  are locked with pittsburg lock forming system. Holes provided on the side plate enable the end user to mount the fan in four different orientations.

Housing for 1250 & 1400 are manufactured out of mild steel and then powder coated.

FRAME

The frame is manufactured with galvanized angular bars or formed with section of steel and finished with polyester powder coating.

SHAFT

Shafts are manufactured from C45 carbon steel. All shafts are grinded and keyways are cut through automatic keyway cutting machine. All dimensions and tolerances of the shaft are checked with gauges and instruments. Before final assembly all the shafts are coated with anti corrosive paint.

BEARINGS

All bearings used are deep groove ball type sealed at both sides. The bearings are self-aligning with an eccentric locking collar for clamping onto the shaft and is mounted in a rubber housing.

Deep groove ball bearing type with an adaptor sleeve or spherical roller bearings type sealed at both sides for different duty application Bearings are lubricated for lifetime maintenance-free.

ACCESSORIES

Taper lock pulley and outlet flanges are accessories that are available on request.

Drain Plug is available in case the fan is installed in high humidity condition.

Drive Guards, Inlet Guards and Discharge Guards are available on request.
